Gilberto Falcon is known by his success as a trial attorney who zealously advocates for his clients. He was raised in the little town of Roma, Texas, where he graduated with honors from Roma High School in 2000.
Mr. Falcon thereafter decided to attend the University of Texas—Pan American, graduating with a double major in Political Science and English. After graduating from UTPA in 2005, Mr. Falcon decided to attend Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston.
While in law school, Mr. Falcon was elected to serve as a Justice of the Honor Court. In addition to this, during his second year, Mr. Falcon was offered the opportunity to serve as a tutor of property law.
Mr. Falcon developed a great understanding for the law and ended up being the recipient of seven CALI Awards, which means he earned the highest grade in the class seven times. In 2008, Mr. Falcon graduated Suma Cum Laude from his law school ranked number four out of his entire class. Thereafter, in November 2008, Mr. Falcon was licensed by the State of Texas to practice law.
During his career as a lawyer, Mr. Falcon has tried many different cases with great success. His law practice currently consists of litigating personal injury cases and providing criminal defense to those whose liberty is at stake. Mr. Falcon has practiced all over South Texas and is license to practice in all of the Southern, Easter and Western District Federal Courts. Mr. Falcon’s offices are located in Rio Grande City, Texas and in McAllen, Texas.
